My Expertise

Involved in HSE field more than 3 years in oil and gas industry both at site and in management side. Among site activities were such monitoring heavy lift, construction of rig jacket, chillers installation and commissioning, top side major maintenance and etc. At the management level among the duties were to present the management attend the meeting or discussion with client. Prepare, monitor and implement HSE plan. Prepare, update, review the JHA, HIRARC, BOWTIE, HSE Case, Bridging Document and etc. Develop, update and review the emergency response plan for the company, ensure the effectiveness of the ERP by conduct the emergency drill exercises. Monitor, update the training matrix and to ensure all the staffs have valid medical check-up and safety training.

Who Am I

A registered Safety and Health Officer with Department of Occupational Safety and Health Malaysia since April 2009. For the past 3 years has involve with Major Hook-up Commissioning, Rig Construction, Ship Building and Inspection, Monitoring and Corrosion projects as a HSE Practitioner.
